The Governors link the school with the Community. They are like a Board of Directors and make decisions about how the school is run. They help to interview and select staff, monitor what is taught, how the school budget is spent and generally ensure good value for money.
They have legal duties, powers and responsibilities. They meet regularly throughout the term.

Governors serve for four years. Four Parent Governors
who have a child at Fosse Way can be elected. The minutes
of Governors' Meetings are in the school office for
anyone to read as well as their Annual Reports.
